  • EMDR Intensive Quiz: When you take the "Is An EMDR Intensive Right For Me?" quiz, you agree to provide your name and email address. This information will be used to send you the quiz results and any future marketing or promotional information related to Moments Counseling, including but not limited to blog posts, newsletters, promotions, and other updates.

  • Mental Health Membership: If you add yourself to the waitlist for our mental health membership, we will collect your name, phone number, and email address. By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive promotional information and updates about the membership. We will never sell your information.
